The only thing I don’t like it’s the wait time
The only error I had was a car wash was not done, which was included in my service, I told one of the associates and he took my car and did a quick wash of 10 minutes or less. My car was still a bit dirty. Lisa

There was an excellent service in general
The recall verification was left without the recall number. I made a line in the DMV just to be turned away. I had to go back to pick another verifification form, waisted so much time. Extremely disappointed

I like LA downtown honda because they treat you well and serve you even without an appointment

Service ran 2x over the time promised
Several parts that I confirmed in advance with the service department were available , were in fact not available and not communicated to me until after the 3 hour wait time.
First visit was great, very efficient, this visit felt like all of my other Honda Dealer service experiences, not thorough and insincere.

Very satisfied but I don’t know why I’d be charged 250 for a gas cap replacement. I think that’s way too much but I really loved steven’s energy and politeness.
