The only error I had was a car wash was not done, which was included in my service, I told one of the associates and he took my car and did a quick wash of 10 minutes or less. My car was still a bit dirty. Lisa

The recall verification was left without the recall number. I made a line in the DMV just to be turned away. I had to go back to pick another verifification form, waisted so much time. Extremely disappointed

Service ran 2x over the time promised Several parts that I confirmed in advance with the service department were available , were in fact not available and not communicated to me until after the 3 hour wait time. First visit was great, very efficient, this visit felt like all of my other Honda Dealer service experiences, not thorough and insincere.
