I am really happy with the customer services I got from Kesean Zachery. Not just him everyone that were in there was really nice . Excellent customer service from everyone. I use to go to the one in Glendale but I like it better in DTLA bc the attention that you guys give is completely different from the one I got in Glendale. 5 Stars for everyone ??????????

I wasn’t too pleased with Deon’s customer service. Instead of trying to work with me to find a solution to my car issues I was being pressured into conducting a transmission service I just completed in October. On top of this, he wanted to charge me $189.00 to get this service done which may or may not have fixed the issue. He then proceeded to say “Are you going to want to get this done or not. If not, you can just come get your car now”. It really didn’t make sense for me to have to pay for a service that needs to be done every 30,000 miles which I had just gotten done 6 months ago. Instead of working with me he just became very impatient and rude. I’ve been to several different Honda service centers - (Santa Monica, Culver City, Gardena, Torrance) and not once did I have such a negative experience. Definitely not something I expected with Honda.

I am planning to write a formal complaint against Deon, who was unhelpful and unprofessional. I never received a call or follow up and had to call multiple times to try and figure out what was going on with my vehicle. It was not until I called at 6pm that I found out my vehicle had not been serviced or looked at. I had to be taken to the dealership so that my car could be serviced and I left right after 7pm. I took my car in at 9, called every 2 hours after 1pm and only spoke to Deon once and he just never followed up. I believe if I hadn’t called I would have just been left wondering where my car was. My visit was stressful and the worst experience I’ve had at Honda.
