I was very satisfied with the service, it was a bit busy so I waited a bit but once they got around to help me it was quick. Everybody was super nice and helpful made my experience very joyous. Definitely no complaints from me, thank you Honda of downtown Los Angeles.

Terrible service AGAIN it’s sad that I came in for a service recovery from bad service last time and they still failed. I sat there for over 3 hours to just be told oh the part is defective after I was told the part was ready to go over 2 weeks prior. Asked to speak to a manager and no one came out to talk to me as I stood there for over 30 plus mins. I had to get on the phone and all of a sudden they can talk to me just sad

Rigo was amazing. Took me in with no appointment in the afternoon and replaced my battery. Great customer service from initial call with him if I can bring my car in to getting my car after the service.

They are ALWAYS making promises that they NEVER keep. And this is the WORST dealership I've ever been to. And the sad part is, is that I dread calling or going in for any kind reason.

I spoke to Zachary today and he was upset and rude. When I told him I was unhappy with his service. I felt like he threatened me after I told him I would be taking my car to the Honda dealer in Gardena from now on. He told me he knows a lot of people in all the Honda dealers. So is he planing to call and ask someone to not provide service to me? I don’t know. In the end he just hung up on me. Convincing me further to never return to your business.
