Service was timely, professionally carried out and I was given thorough explanations for my questions
I was given an estimate of $418. Then it cost me $465. Not cool!!!
My tow package install did not meet my expectations
I had an appointment. I sat in my car in the service bay for 10 minutes before anyone came to check me in.
Told me you didn’t have my part to fix the truck after having my truck for 4 hours, when you should have been able to tell me that before service even started. Second I couldn’t pick my truck up that night and then magically in the morning the next day (on a Saturday) you had the part to complete the service. Almost certainly was lied to about the part not being there the day before. I honestly don’t feel the service may have even actually been completed at this point. Not a good feeling and probably won’t go back there for service or anything else if I can help it.
The service was great. Always love this place. It's 210% better than Yakima toyota. I live in yakima but chose to travel to tricities for service.i Just wished they sold more variety of toyota rims. Even if they had a small catalog or a digital catalog at the parts service desk for its costomers to interact with. But I love the people and service here. Always informative

Fast service. Was notified on time when vehicle was completed.
The service was great as usual. Customer service is awesome. However Im not a fan of the automated system to make appointments. It does not clarify what they will be doing and I’m not able to ask questions, so I don’t like that. I would rather just talk to a real person and not a computer. That is my only complaint.

It appears that during the service multiple sections of clear coat/paint/primer were removed from around the rear bumper, passenger side. The video taken during check in shows no signs of this damage. The damage was discovered while washing the car, and between service and washing the vehicle was only driven by me from the service center to my home without incident. I would appreciate a follow up to discuss repairs. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Best service I have ever had at Toyota
I was treated very well by young man. Waited on me and helped to get in my car. I appreciate his thoughtfulness for a elderly lady.
