Hello,
It appears that during the service multiple sections of clear coat/paint/primer were removed from around the rear bumper, passenger side. The video taken during check in shows no signs of this damage. The damage was discovered while washing the car, and between service and washing the vehicle was only driven by me from the service center to my home without incident. I would appreciate a follow up to discuss repairs. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Nelson was helpful and communicated the status of my car quite clearly. Gerald was also great. I had to return to the shop because of something making noise in the vent fan. Gerald accessed the fan and filter. He pulled more than a handful of leaves out of the fan. No fan noise and everything works great. Thank you.
Great service. Would gladly use him as my service advisor again. I really felt like he listened and made recommendations in my vehicles best interest. I felt safe dealing with him and felt like I could trust his recommendations.

After reading posts by other 2025 Camry owners who reported their dealerships directed them to continue driving their car with the same “low oil level” warning that our car showed on the infotainment display, we were encouraged that we were directed to pull the car over, turn off the ignition, and have the car towed back to the dealership to prevent potential damage to the engine.
My car went in on January 1st and I got it back January 28th the approvals for the part took way too long I had to pay for almost 2 weeks out of pocket for a rental car cuz car should only pay for 2 weeks
There was another gentleman next to Raul that was very helpful too when checking out.
