Again, not at all impressed with the lack of communication with the service department at Toyota. I literally had my Tundra in for an oil change on 1/25 that took one and a half hours to complete and after returning home, received a call that the recall part was in. I informed them I was just there and could have had the work done then. Nothing against the technician who took care of me but he had no idea or notification that the part was in. So now I’m going to have to reschedule the work and dedicate another few hours of my day off when it all could have been done at the time of my oil change. To this day unless I ask, I have heard nothing about my Tundra engine recall. From misquoting work, delayed work, and miscommunications, in my opinion, the Toyota service department is not at all organized.

My check engine light has never came on. Now it’s on.l will bring it in Monday morning for you to take care of it..For close to $400 for a simple oil change and replacing Couple of filters I’m not very pleased
