Instructions unclear and not posted for how to enter the garage. Where to park, what to do on arrival inside garage--get out? Stay in car? Wait? Go inside? No one was there to greet and inform. I had to get out of my car in the garage and ask. When finished, the desk guy told me to go to the garage lady. Then. The garage lady told me I was in the wrong spot and to go to the desk man. Total disorganization and confusion as to procedures. Glad to be able to get in a day early. Hoping the techs know what they're doing and did a good job!

I have not received a multi point inspection report after my service was completed. One of the main reasons I bring my vehicle to the dealership for service. The service writer said it is done paperless now and there is not one in my account paperwork. I am very disappointed about that. This is my first service at this dealership. I have done all my prior services at a San Diego Toyota where I used to live and always received upon vehicle pickup
Juan did explain my questions 8 had regarding my vehicle needs.
Jay was super helpful and didn’t add additional charges or things that didn’t need to be completed. My car was ready in a timely manner. Overall great experience for today’s appointment.

My only feedback is the $3 fee for use of shop. My 35000 mile appt was 34.95 but, in reality it's 37.95. I'd get rid of it. Seems like a way to nickel and dime your customer.
My wife waited for the car, gave her phone # for updates. She didn’t get them. I got the messages and wasn’t able to notify her so she waited 30 extra minutes when the car was done. Better communication, please.
The employees only care about finding a way to getting people’s money!! It is ridiculous.
My glove box door will not close after the cabin filter was replaced.
