Over priced battery. Car was towed to service center with instructions to find out why it would not start. After evaluation was completed there was NO issues noted that prevented the car from starting. After I call and reminded the service department that I thought it was the battery then they actually tested the battery. Then I called later in the afternoon to see why my car wasn’t done only to find out that it had been completed serval hours before but failed to notify me?
I had to wait too long for my car to get done. It was a simple oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment and I have a prepaid yearly service plan with you. I shouldn’t have to wait that long
Constantly trying to upsell four unnecessary services. Makes it hard to know what is really required

There is no one at the service department that has encountered the communication error that my vehicle has on a daily basis. I find that hard to believe and they want me to pay for a diagnostic fee and want me to try and figure it out on my own. Super disappointed and I have always said good things about toyota and recommended all my clients to your dealership.

Would suggest that you request your techs to put dashboard settings back to original settings. Everytime I come in for service the tech changes it. Then, I have to take time to figure out how to get them back the way I had them. This is frustrating .
I just left my comment. The employee that was rude to me was not Raul . It was his co worker. Working with him an elderly man with glasses. Just wanted to clarify that.

Gerald was great and very helpful. When I got home I noticed my front skid plate was missing 2 spacers so the 2 front bolts have a large gap between them and the skid plate. If I could get those spacers that would be greatly appreciated.
