The 10k service wasn’t able to be completed. The shop didn’t have a thin wall 22mm socket to rotate the tires for me. These were tires and wheels put on the truck by your dealership. So I hope for my future services they will be able to complete the service.( I ended up having to go to Les Schwab after I left the dealership for a tire rotation.
The only other thing I noticed after service was my hood had greasy handprints on the hood from the service technicians. I had just washed and had the truck detailed before my appointment.
I was happy they let me complete my service appointment early. I was scheduled for later that day at 4:30pm and they were able to get me in early. I was very appreciative of that.
He was very nice, knew what he was talking about and explained it to me so I could better understand it! Great customer service!
I would like a schedule for service for my car. What happens at 10,000, 15,000, 20,000,etc. Everyone was polite and helpful. Thank you.

Had to bring vehicle back 3 different times , because of missed diagnoses, diagnoses was identified and thought to be fixed . Took vehicle home for the second time and discovered seat handle was installed backwards. Third time bringing vehicle in handle was installed correctly. Is this great service, service guy helped me with all these problems from technicians missing the problem .
I took my Toyota Corolla in today for a scheduled service and they rotated my tires after getting my car back there was a lot of shaking and pulling to the left. I came back minutes later and the service department said that there was nothing they could do about that the only thing they could do was to put the tire back how they were. He ended up telling me that it will be a charge to balance my tires and possibly an alignment. I ended up taking it To Firestone to they can correct the issue I was a bit upset because I got the car back worst that how it was.
I was very impressed with Miguel who worked with me when first arriving at my appointment. He was awesome and helped arrange my last leasing service appt. He was knowledgeable and had made me feel very listened to. I am glad I had him to help me.
10 more mute added service turned out to be more than an hour. Was given a discount for he inconvenience which was as nice, but….
