The service I’ve received on every visit has been nothing short of spectacular. The team always keeps me apprised of the estimates, and what is really required, versus what is not necessary correctly but to keep it in mind. I love having a trustworthy place to get my maintenance needs.

I did not talk to Raul Sanchez at all. The only person who talked me or called me was Stacey S. He did a great job at communicating with me about every service in detail and what needed to be done.

David was great. After we discovered that our tires had not been rotated as pervtge 5000 mile service schedule, he remedied that error. Our service in the past has been questionable at times, and this time there was proof. We will be watching things more closely.

Everything went well once I was checked in, but it took an inordinate amount of time for anyone to talk to me after I pulled into the bay. I waited at least twelve minutes before one of the passing mechanics noticed I was just standing there by my vehicle and asked if anyone had checked me in yet (kudos to that guy, he did get the right person’s attention). While I was waiting another vehicle pulled in behind me and was checked in as soon as he got out.
I wish they would have called me to offer me the options on my retractable running boards i paid to diagnosis. I paid $100 for nothing...to be told they didn't work. They could have offered to disconnect...like it said in the paperwork
