My car was done with the service, noticed it was parked for like 15 minutes and nobody notified me of its completion. Furthermore, I requested a receipt for my cash payment and it seemed like service advisor was aggravated after he stamped my paper showing said charges.

Raul was in touch by phone informing us as to the results of the car inspection. He was honest and just let us know that we might have to have a few things taken care of but didn’t need to be done today. After talking we decided to get the alignment done today and I feel better after seeing there were adjustments made that will help with the tire wear in the future. We didn’t feel pressured- just very informed and our questions were all addressed. Thank you Raul!
