Had appointment at 7:00 am was there on time,how ever the pass couple of times I had service my vehicle sits outside for up to 20 minutes before am told it’s ready.
Gerald is great. Explained the service and completed the vehicle in a timely manner.

Toyota Corolla hybrid system parts have a warranty of 100,000 miles, why is it not covered and I have to pay for it myself? Also, the repair speed is very slow, which delayed me for 5 days. It is very inconvenient to use without a car.
Waited 3 hours for an oil change/ tire rotation. I Was on time for my appointment.
Then I was a little concerned to hear that the tech wasn't sure what the maintenance light still on meant because my Tundra is older. I guess he wasn't familiar.

Told service representative at check in that my car would not start. Had to charge/jump with my battery charger to get it started. Asked to have the charging system checked as well. Got car back said everything fine with battery. Told needed to take car on longer trips once per week
This morning (12/6) my car would not start. Used volt meter to check battery with car off and no other loads. Meter read 11.5 volts.
