All good, except my car still says, "maintenance required". Why is that?
The reason I was not satisfied, was the miscommunication of the work being done to my Toyota sienna. I arrived letting them know one of my lights was blinking and I came so that they could fix that. I assumed it was an oil change so I requested that . They changed my oil and they called back letting me know I needed a new air filter and brake fluid change. So I went in with a $100 bill statement and left paying over $300 for the services being done to my Toyota sienna. Once we left the parking lot, my light was still on blinking so everything they worked on didn’t fix the problem. When I returned, they said I needed to have asked for a diagnostic which would cost me another couple of hundred dollars, so they can let me know what was wrong with the van. I just assumed they would have told me when they were already looking at my van to see what was wrong with it. I wish a better form of communication would have been done to clarify my van status since it was in the shop for more than 3 hrs. This left me frustrated and disappointed in the Toyota promise.

I was very appreciative of how he treated me, and explained things. He came out to clear my dash screen, and rolled windows down to get the oil smell out of the car.

I purchased a set of four Pirelli tires. I did not receive any type of warranty information.
In addition, I had to request an estimate on replacement cost of my driver's side mirror. That request was noted on my receipt, but with no follow up.

Complete mess of oil under my car in my garage after I returned home from this oil change. Was told a gasket had failed or something and the mechanics had to clean my engine. Well they were not successful with that either. Was there in your shop for 3 hours for an oil change. Never experienced something like that in your shop before. If I see more oil tomorrow then I will be bringing the car back in. -Pat Sullivan
