Overall the visit was fine. I didn’t realize the cost would be so much more than what I was originally expecting. But I should have asked when I said ok to the additional work. However, I’m glad I was told and the work done.

Your service department has deteriorated. I called on Saturday for an appointment and was told you didn’t make appointments. Today I was told I was misinformed. I only wanted an oil change and it took nearly three hours. I think I need to go to jiffy lube in the future. Your employee was was polite but the facility was overwhelmed.

I was completely ignored by the woman behind the cookie counter. Not once but TWICE. She was much more interested in completing her paperwork. Not that I really needed a cookie at 8:00 in the morning but it was so out of character for what I’ve come to expect with your otherwise outstanding customer service. The rest of the appointment was flawless, as usual.

Shelby was amazing. Very personable and confident. Mel Sherman was wonderful and was able to answer the lease questions I had. One bit of advice I would give to the technician providing the work on my car; please only adjust car seats forward or backwards. Adjusting the angle of my seat and the angle of seat back makes it very difficult to return it back to the original setting. At least for those of us who don’t have seat memory in our car.
