Raul went the extra mile to help me this service appointment. At the previous service I was denied a claim for unreasonable reasons. Raul demonstrated amazing customer service buy listening to my concerns and making correcting the issue. I really appreciate his friendly and patient decorum. He also retained a policy I would have otherwise canceled if this issue had not been resolved. Thanks Toyota team!

Kevin was very helpful and polite. He helped me get the sticky hood latch on my ford Explorer to loosen up and close before I drive away.
