I would like to see the pictures of the inside of my tire and understand what you was talking about Jay also aid it was sent to me but all I see is water on my tire and not the patches that is there. Also it is very hard to hear what the mechanic is saying with all the banging in the background if you’re wanting the customer to know what is said by the mechanic for the report, it shouldn’t have a lot of banging in the background so we can hear him or he needs to speak up louder

It gets very frustrating being shuffled between the main desk and express desk. You never know where to go for one appointment to the next as it is always different. Then you waste time standing in one line to be told to get in another line. Be nice to have one common area to check in and out of. It has gotten to the point i am thinking of not going back to Toyota service department because it has become so frustrating.
I hope it needed everything that was done and I wasn’t viewed as an old lady who knows nothing about cars!

My experience with your service has been, in general terrible.
- For the first time, I came without an appointment and was first in the express line. When I was processed, I was told it would take 1-1.5 hr. I asked why and was told that anyone with an appointment would move ahead of me. What kind of Express line (no appt required) is that?
- After 1hr 15 min waiting, I went to check what was going on with my car. They found the paperwork and said it was done. No one bothered to notify me when it was actually done.
- They found that one of my tires is asymmetrically worn down to the belt on the inside. I had the alignment done by this service 6 months before this service!
This is simply the worst service center that I have ever been in. I had a similarly negative experience the last time I was there.

Dudnt know I had locking luggage nuts, but I do. I've only had toyota change out tires and bought my winter tires from your business. No one mention locking luggage nuts before but now they can't find the key. I had to buy new nonlocking ones yesterday but makes me believe your staff lost tge key or forgot to put it back...I have no idea and neither did service guy. Not that happy to spend an extra hundred cost plus tax yesterday!
The brakes are smooth and quiet. The wipers are also smooth and quiet.
A 3+ hour oil change...are you kidding!

He was flippant with his answers and faulted me for letting my wheels get out of alignment. When I asked how to know my wheels are not aligned, he seemed angry at my question. The service given took 1 1/2 hours longer than I was told it would be when I made the appointment. They did keep me posted on it taking longer but that was quite a bit longer!
