Your agent that greeted me when I first came in was a great listener and very helpful. Stacy Struthers who handled my bill, implied I was criticizing him when I asked questions. He was flippant with his answers and faulted me for letting my wheels get out of alignment. When I asked how to know my wheels are not aligned, he seemed angry at my question. The service given took 1 1/2 hours longer than I was told it would be when I made the appointment. They did keep me posted on it taking longer but that was quite a bit longer!

The kid that helped me was not very personable. Came across rude. I’m always happy with my experience at Toyota but today was different. Also when I went into get my car, after I got the text it was done, I stood there with 4 guys on computers or the phone for a long time. All they needed to say was someone will be with you in a minute. I’m good to wait but at least acknowledge a person is standing there. Sorry for the bad review but this was a first! I miss Jomi!
