I was outside talking on the phone with my girlfriend. She asked how much longer and I said I'm not sure because I see my truck in the parking lot. We continued talking for about 10 minutes then I get a text saying my truck was ready and to go pay. I hung up the phone went into office to pay and gentleman said they will be with me in a moment. That moment turned out to be another 45 minutes. And the only reason they saw me was because I decided to go into office. Felt it wasn't right to text me my truck was ready and still have me waiting.
Front end still shaking when brakes are applied, never had a Toyota the past 30 years that has done this. We were told all kinds of reasons it could do this and that if we want to spend $400.00 for a diagnostic we could do it. Super busy that day not sure it was even looked at, tech spoke so fast in video couldn’t understand him. Very very dissatisfied with the service this dealership provided, such a shame.

When I checked in my car, I was told one and a half to two hours. I left for the first hour but came back to wait. After only 15 minutes of waiting, I got a text saying I needed to choose what I wanted done with my car. I accepted two of those recommendations and declined the other two for now. After 45 minutes I went to check and see if my car might be done. The two things I asked to be done were a filter and cabin air filter which shouldn’t take 45 minutes. Turns out my car was done, AND neither air filters were put in. I opted to just pay for my service and leave. Upon walking out to open my car, I noticed my key fob was damaged. I turned around, went back inside and the gentleman at the desk took me inside to the services desk and some guy opened and put my key fob back together.
Yes, this was an extremely nice thing to do but also, I did not give them a defective key fob. I’m disappointed that it was even tampered with to begin. Also did not appreciate having to wait for so long with the services I asked for not even being completed. Just want a record that shows my key fob was damaged. The person who checked me out even said someone in the shop may have dropped it. Now that’s supposed to fall on me to replace it if it stops working? It had loose parts inside that the guy said “maybe it could be superglued in place?”
Upon arriving home, my back end of my car will not open properly. Keeps peeping and requiring me to pull open manually. I will be coming back to figure out what’s wrong. I have a full time job and 3 children. This is frustrating.

Jay and Juan were great to work with. I received two coupons in the mail today I could have applied to my service work. Will you honor those for me? I asked about any discounts at time of payment. These would have saved me a lot of money. Thank you.
