Took about 4 hours to resurface front rotors and replace front brake pads with an appointment.
I did not like the automated appointment , felt very impersonal
Also requested a copy of my vehicle service and had to call 5 hours later to get it

The service personnel were friendly and upfront about the costs and time to complete it. The service was done 30 min early and checkout was quick and polite. They should be recognized for their loyalty and customer service

After arriving at 11 am, I was told my car would be finished by 1 pm and then it was extended to 2:30 and when I finally got my car, it was after 3 and I had to drive home in rush hour traffic and a wind and rain storm. fortunately, my new windshield wipers performed galllantly and I arrived home safely. My car was delivered to me in the service bay with the door open ready for my approach. Nelson was in control all the way.

Pleasantly surprised with my experience. Staff was friendly and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Vehicle was returned with issue corrected. Nelson was great to work with as was the tech working on the vehicle.
I have already talked to your customer service manager about my disappointing experience with Toyota. I’m not overall satisfied with the maintenance plan that I am on. I asked to have my tires balanced when I set up the appointment and that was not notated nor was it taken care of during my appointment. And worst of all, I was told that I need new tires when I have only driven on my current tires for 42,000 miles instead of 60,000. I have been a very loyal Toyota customer, but I am looking to take my business elsewhere.
