Took over two hours and once done check out was sloooow. Frustrating at that point
After replacing all 4 tires my, wheels were not even wiped down. They were filthy. Also had to ask for printed copy of warranty for tires.
David Henrikson is the best person I have dealt with at Toyota. He was clear, patient, efficient, and honest. His ability to connect with a customer is what put him over the top. Thank you!

Raul Sanchez is fantastic! Honest, friendly and so kind when I was on the brink of tears regarding how much my repairs would cost. He took the time to help me figure out what was urgently needed for repairs and what I could take the time to save for after I depleted my savings unknowingly purchasing a used car that needed a lot of work. David was great. However, I told David that I needed air in my tires and when I went to my car after service I still had a low tire pressure indicator on. I pulled to the front and was told that I needed to drive around for the indicator to turn off. I ran my errands and the light never went off. I went to discount tire and they said all four tires needed air. It’s nice that the first few oil changes are free but it doesn’t seem like the attention to detail is there. I’m also really disappointed that Toyota is succumbing to the subscription capitalism. Not being able to get remote start without a subscription is total bs. I’m not sure I trust any other car mechanic to install such an integral part of my car’s functionality. But if I do, I’ll probably start goting somewhere else for my maintenance.
All the friends I spoke with said I really got snowed, ripped off, etc. I just told them I have always brought my car to you and this was the first time I had this big expense. I did max out my credit and I think they were worried for me. I trust this Toyota dealership and bought 3 Prius cars from here.

The service was done in a timely manner. Additional service suggestions were helpful. They did not try to “sell me up” but gave me information. I’ve spent 20+ years with Toyota of TriCities and have always been treated well.
