The filter to the hybred was not checked. There was even a question on the part of the Toyota staff if there is a filter and or where it was if it existed. One filter was finally located and checked. It had not been cleaned. I’m checking with Lexus of Spokane tomorrow to find out more on the battery filter. It’s an item that was documented as being cleaned and checked. Now, we wonder.
If Toyota isn’t fully trained to service Lexus vehicles, they should refer owners , to someone who is trained.

After replacing all 4 tires my, wheels were not even wiped down. They were filthy. Also had to ask for printed copy of warranty for tires.
