David was knowledgeable with questions I had on service for my Lexus. He was also prompt an professional. The service team completed the services on schedule and left the vehicle as clean as it arrived. I have been using your dealership for 17 years for my other Toyota vehicles Ang am in today for service on my 4Runner. Will be back with my Lexus as well. Keep up the good work!

The service was done in a timely manner. Additional service suggestions were helpful. They did not try to “sell me up” but gave me information. I’ve spent 20+ years with Toyota of TriCities and have always been treated well.

Technicians took inaccurate measurements of all 4 tires. Salesman tried selling me $850.00 new tires. Took my warranty tires to Les Schwab where they inspected the tires that have 20k miles on 55k mile warranty. Les Schwab inspection SHOWED tires are on track for more than 55k miles. The dishonesty of your shop is a complete disgrace and betrayal to my trust in those working on my vehicles.

When I arrived the other week to my original appointment they did not have record of my purchase for the pack of oil changes so they sent me home and rescheduled it as they had to research why it was not in the system ( previously computer was down. Upon arrival, they stated my van would be done within an hour and 15 minutes. I was concerned about timing as I needed to get my son within 3 hours. At the almost 2 hour mark I asked about my vehicle, they said about 30 minutes more. I was not informed they were running late. I could have rescheduled. I was late picking him up for his appointment. This never would have happened in previous years. In addition, I felt there was not only better communication, but better service and that the workers cared. I do not feel that way now, especially my past 3 visits. Also, we spent 40,000 on a van that has a leak and were told it will cost 3 to 6,000 to fix it. It is a Sienna 2021. Less than 50 k miles. This is not the quality of Toyota I have known for years. So sad. Probably my last Toyota.

We have a new service advisor after 17 yrs with our other one. They have changed their process when arriving for service. The gentleman that checked me in was great & very knowledgeable and the new advisor was great.

Will Menendez Rivera kept me up on all that was going on with my vehicle. From tires, oil change etc. He even said my vehicle 2023 Venza 8203 miles at one year old was in perfect condition. Very happy with service at Tricity Toyota!

The only thing I mentioned at checkin was tire pressure indicators were intermittently coming on. After vehicle was delivered, indicator light no longer on, but pressure monitor feature shows no information on any tire. Also, I am aware if the complexity involved in changing the cabin filter, but shouldn’t items be put back into the glove box, rather than left on the passenger seat where someone could sit on such items? Little things, perhaps. But the devil is in the details.
