Our experience at Toyota was that extremely beneficial for us. Jack Overton was very professional and very courteous!!! He even parked our car close to the service door so my husband who has a bad ankle didn’t have to walk as far, he is a disabled veteran and appreciate the service from Jack Overton at Toyota very much, thank you for the excellent service!!
That was worse service I ever had, I had appointment at 3:00 pm for following oil change service, and I had the tire light on so I told them to check, they told me it will be everything done approximately by 5:00 pm. At 5:00 pm I came back to desk to check on my car they told me that I have back light off and in front driver seat light off but they can’t figure out why because light bulb is good ,and the tire light sensor battery look low but the light is off and they didn’t recommend to change anything. I told them to change back light bulb and than they figured out why front light didn’t work so they were changing light bulb in front. So after that they give me my key to drive home when I turn my car and start driving on parking lot tire light was on still, I cam back to desk and told them that tire lights is on then they said so it’s sensor battery probably low and we need to change I told them to change the sensor, so they started to change the sensor on tire. Question what kind of professional mechanic working at your service shop that they charge $100. 00 for checking what problems on tire lights and then didn’t know what the problem, and why after two hours of doing service on my car they reported to me about the back and front lights problem. Instead of two hours of service that they promised for me to fix everything they spent almost four hours. That is a very bad service in front of of the desk because the guy didn’t tell me how much it cost to change the sensor, the front desk doesn’t care about the customer at all. Bad service in shop and front desk.

Nelson is a top notch employee. I came from Ritzville for a conference. Needed service as I had a head light out. He was communicative, focused and kind regarding his assessment,options for me and helping to make the right decision. I will be back!
Shelby did great but when we went for drinks and cookies it was strange. They just kind of stared at us. It was a seemingly one way conversation and it was me saying thank you and have a good day with a smile instead of the other way around. Seems like they just need some customer service training.
Everything was great but the cookie lady continues to be kind of a downer.
