Cellphone number was not confirmed while I waited inside. They texted my wife who then called me to relay message. Talking to tech at service counter about phone issue, it was still not corrected, and my wife had to call me again to tell me service was done.
Raul is friendly and helpful - I always enjoy having him help me with my Tundra.
Your employees were very good to work with but your rates are excessive. Im sure your technicians are not being paid over $100 per hour
