Cellphone number was not confirmed while I waited inside. They texted my wife who then called me to relay message. Talking to tech at service counter about phone issue, it was still not corrected, and my wife had to call me again to tell me service was done.

I have always been satisfied with Service at Tricities‘s Toyota. I appreciate getting an appointment on the morning that I called in. Your Service Department is probably the most polite and efficient in the Tricities.

Daniel's customer service was absolutely amazing. He helped me understand what needed/s to be done to my car to make sure it's safe and last longer for myself and my family.
