I paid for a battery cleaning service which by all accounts does not appear to be completed, or at least not entirely completely. Perhaps it was, but the top of the battery still has corrosion on it and it is still dirty, so I'm not sure this service was completed at all by the technicians. Also, Toyota of Tri-Cities uses to provide a chart that showed the status of each component of the vehicle that was inspected, but that is no longer provided. This sheet showed which components were in the green, the yellow, or red in terms of needing replacement. This is helpful for the customer to have as a good visual indicator on the status of his or her vehicle.

My car was wasn't up to your usual standards. While I understand missing spots on the outside due to the weather, I was disappointed in the interior cleaning. My dash was dusty. That isn't normal. Usually all of the interior is wiped down. There was dust on the dashboard, console and steering column.

My only feedback is that it took way longer then expected. I know there was the warranty thing they needed to fix but then adding an additional almost hour for the tire nail fix. On a customer stand point just felt missing out on time management.

My dashboard settings were changed and I had to refer to the owner’s manual to reset. Aggravating. I can accept the driver’s seat not being returned to my setting. That is an easy adjustment.
