I do not like the digital assistant - I called for three days and I did get a call back but I teach and when I called back I got the digital asst again . The third day I was going to call sales and discovered the guest services choice . The digital asst may work if it was just an appt but I had a question . Please make it clearer that there is an option for guest service s
Thank you ... your customer service has always been excellent and a good part of the reason I continue to purchase and service my vehicle with you but I'm honestly not happy with your new automated systems. Very impersonal.
Second time in four months I’ve been upsold on 1) transmission leak 2) oil leak now. Estimate first time 4800 today 4200. Two different gueeses and two different estimates. Can’t say I’m real happy investing 1700 to yes fox brakes from and back but throw away money on guesses by mechanics. I’m disappointed. Highly doubt I’ll purchase again here. Worked for years
with the Americans felt a loyalty. Now working for Jacobs Radio and don’t do any business with us anymore. Didn’t even get a return call from marketing. I invite a call. I’m not upset just very disappointed.
Raul and his service team were extremely helpful and did an excellent job on taking care of us and our cars service needs.
I felt as if I was misled by the lady who assisted me when I arrived. Initially, she told me that Toyota recommends having an alignment annually. However, if you check your records, you’ll see that I’ve been bringing my car to you for years, and never once has anyone mentioned that an annual alignment was recommended. Wanting to ensure my vehicle lasts as long as possible, I authorized the service. Turns out, one of the rear bolts was seized up, and the lady informed me it would cost $4,000 to fix it. We declined the work, and then they told me they had aligned three of the four wheels.
The entire interaction left me feeling like the lady who was “helping” me was a commissioned employee who was simply looking for every opportunity to upcharge me. It made me question any future recommendation she would make, as I’m unsure whether her intentions were aligned with providing the best service or simply maximizing the sale.
Overall, I was disheartened by the level of service at the Toyota of Tri-Cities location, especially since I’ve been a loyal customer for years. It seems like Toyota is more focused on extracting as much money as possible from each transaction rather than delivering the high-quality service I expect. This is especially disappointing because I truly like the vehicles and want to continue buying more.
Please update your records to reflect my phone number: ****-****-xxxx instead of my wife’s phone number.
The girl who checked me in was not necessarily very nice. When she said my phone number, she said it wrong, so I corrected her. She then got a little rude and asked do I want someone else. I said no it was fine but the people that check you in need to be better trained
Didn't leave a sticker with return trip time
In the future service, please identify in the invoice if The oil is synthetic or traditional. This information is missing. I have to call in the your dealer to ask for this.
I have my Venza service at your dealership so many years. Thí kind of information is not identified in the invoice.
Thank you
