There was some confusion regarding the work on my car and the pick up date, but it's ok.I was very happy that they could service my vehicle right away. Jonathan Butler contacted me and told me what the problems were.He was efficient in contacting me until the car was ready. .

$86 dollars is too much for a simple oil change. I won't be coming back for that service.

A while back there was a appraisal done on my car. My car was appraised for 13,000.00 thousand dollars. This was an insult to my car unless the kind of trouble I have now was known to happen. When I bought my optima Luchia thanked me for taking it even though I was not ready to take delivery. I would like to get a call from her. This was Kia number 4. ****-****-xxxx
