I dropped my car off at 8am for an oil change and 70k check up and it took over 6 hours before my car was finished. Was ver disappointed that I did not receive a call letting me know that the service department was behind schedule and my car would not be done in a reasonable amount of time. In the past any time there was a delay in service I received a courtesy call letting me know.
I had to replace my rotors and brakes with only 18k miles. I was told it’s my problem because it’s was over the 12k warranty. I’m absolutely never buying another Kia. Cost was over 800. My next leased car will not be with you people
