Wasn’t familiar with the new iPad checklist process when I arrived . I already knew why I came and had discussed my upcoming service needs last visit. The menu is too general and doesn’t take into account prior services and discussions I’ve had with the past service staff. This could use some tweaking.

I dont really know what to say at this point, i just got my car back and its still not fixed after you having it for over a week. When i brought the car in i specifically asked to have the ABS sensor and the Shock fixed as well as the muffler, i was told that it was a Strut not a Shock so i know we discussed it. This was on a tuesday, i was sent a list of problems with my car on wed NONE OF WHICH included the ABS Sensor or Strut. I waited until monday to call and was told it was almost done, apon not receiving a call all day i called back at 230 for them to tell me that i needed a Strut. I dont understand why that wasnt fixed in the first place seeing as that was what was discussed. So then you had the car until today FRIDAY and when i calleed i asked about what was fixed because the price was a little higher than i thought i was told everything i wanted done was done. So now i get in the car to find out the ABS sensor still hasnt been fixed and on the report it says you checked it but didnt fix it. Why? Im so angry right now i feel like ive been robbed, i didnt have my car for almost 2 weeks had to basically babysit the repair process and it still needs to be fixed. Insane!
