Was never told that they use only synthetic oil now.... had appt at 100 arrived 1245 didn't get checked in until 110 . Took over an hour to get just an oil change.

The service was awesome! I live in Georgia and my daughter goes to school at Bard near by. Long story short, her battery died, and I was frantic because I’m in Georgia Can’t help. I called the dealer and express my concerns, they took care of the car after it was toad there, and took care of her as if she was a A+ customer. They replaced the battery quick and got her in her way. As a father and customer, I was totally satisfied with the service! Thanks greatly

The service was fine. But it took a longer than I expected for a NYS inspection, new wiper blades and a battery.

I was really impressed that Romeo KIA was able to get 100% coverage of the repair cost and then completed the repairs in just a few hours after ordering the parts. To me that’s excellent customer service and that they really care about their customers. Thank you, Romeo KIA!

Brought the car in for inspection, oil change, and new tires. No complaint about the work done but the tires were not available even though I had made the appointment about a week beforehand. What im saying is I had an appointment for new tires so they should have been ready.
