When I come in all call. Ben always greets me accordingly and dats important that he knows who I am. He keeps me informed on what's going on and let's me know if any additional services that needs to be performed. I'm highly pleased with the service I received from not just Ben but the service team as a whole

My tire got a bolt in it. Although it was late Friday evening Ben your service rep told me bring it in and they would try to get it done on Saturday. Lucky for me they were able to fix the tire and I had my car back by Saturday afternoon. I appreciate everyone involved for their excellent service.

I had a sudden battery problem, in the midst of a very hectic day. They were wonderful in fitting me in, without an appointment and quickly solved my situation and got me back on the road. Very efficient and polite. Thank you.

Ben is amazing! I’ve been conversing with Ben for a few weeks now. I’ve had horrible experiences with Newport News Nissan. I decided to try my home town Williamsburg. Benjamin listened and responded with accuracy and professionalism. A true man of his word. He called back when he said he would and provided all the information without trying to take advantage of me. I will definitely starting coming to Williamsburg Nissan for all my car needs. Thank you

Usually I have Ben, very organized, detailed and great customer service but this time Kieran was complete opposite, made a mistake and tried to deny accountability and place blame on the customer, next time if Ben or someone isn’t my advisor I will be going somewhere else, please do not call for follow-up, this was relayed to the service manager already. She needs a customer service refresher course.

Had an appointment. They took my vehicle in on the. My waiting period in the lounge are was quite nice. It was the first time the TV was going on a Woman’s channel and actually quiet. The time for waiting was reasonable. I had an Inspection, so I.can not give Kudos for work don, but I always trust my Dealership.
