Awesome customer service. I was greeted and checked in immediately. Showed the waiting area and available amenities while I waited. Just The service reps are first class. I will definitely recommend this dealership proudly.

Ben always is polite, professional. It was an expensive repair, but all seems fixed now.
Ben is the most helpful service advisor at the dealership. He is one of the nicest, qualified, and knowledgeable individuals this dealership has. His customer service is excellent, his attention to detail shows. Credit to his manager Brian who has been nothing short of fantastic as well. I have no doubt he’ll make a great manager one day in his own service department.
Ben is an excellent person to work with he goes above and beyond for his customers

Ben has always delivered the highest quality service at Classic Nissan. He is a large part of why I continually choose to return.
This feedback represents both the maintenance service and car sales service we received on Monday May 13th, 2024. Unfortunately, we needed to bring our Nissan in for service. It had been working just fine and then all of a sudden the transmission started having significant issues. It went from running just fine the night before to not running the very next day. No warning. No engine light. The estimated repair was $7200 for a refurbished transmission. That was high (nearly double our expectations) for our threshold for repair. When we opted to go the purchase route, on the car sales side, the initial trade-in offer was $250. In good faith, how can any representative even make such an offer? And for a high-end 2015 with less than 100,000 miles. You could get that for the wheels alone. As a military veteran, I take pride in my service, honesty, and commitment to those I support. I expect the same in return and was disappointed with both Nissan departments. In the end, we were fortunate that no one got hurt when the car suddenly stopped working and we are grateful we were able to be able to replace it.
