For the second time in a row, I have had to call back and tell Kyle the technicians did not top off any fluids.
I was completely empty in both my windshield washer and coolant containers.
No communication is not good. Me having to look and double check your guys is not what I pay for. I pay for a complete job.
Kyle is very easy to work with and had me return to fill both.
Airport Jeep did not fill any fluids 2 oil changes ago. It was discovered when I had work completed immediately following the oil change. Kelly Clark completely filled my coolant reservoir and topped off all fluids for no charge

The only thing I was not happy about is an oil change should not take 2.5 hours. If I have a 7:30 appt I expect that is when it will be started.
