The car should have been cleaned
The light switch was moved and not turned back on
The regen was turned off and not set back on
The seat was moved
The appointment was booked a month ago, and the day of the appointment we didn’t know if it would take a day or two- because Jeep has only 2 EV chargers
Anthony was politecnico, helpful, and respectful. He used my name and not Douglas. I, Brenda Willis brought in the car for service, not Douglas. Anthony contacted me at my number and took off all other numbers that are no longer valid.

Overall the service was good. My car was done earlier than expected. However, my issue is the Tire Pressure Warning light that was on after the oil change and tire rotation. The tire PSI shows 31 and the warning light says they should be at 36.

The salesman was friendly and fair thou not savy mechanically. My inspection report was bogus and full of errors. I know cars! Shameful. My first experience. Told my friends. Only one good thing, maybe. Would not return except for parts. Thx for the donut. Tim G
I would like to find out how I can be compensated for the expenses I incurred in safely storing the vehicle far from my house because of the fire risk. I contacted corporate and they said the dealership (somehow) would be the people to contact regarding reimbursement. I have receipts and am very upset that I had to pay this after being sold a car which you guys knew to have this issue when I purchased it and did not tell me. I am also aware after some investigation that there was like where you guys stopped selling the hybrids, and then that policy was changed even though the fix was not available. Shame on you. I invested a lot into that vehicle before finding out about the safety issues and after how long it took to get the issue resolved and I now have some serious and valid concerns about the honesty and integrity of your corporation, and would prefer not to own the jeep any longer. How do I seek reimbursement? Can you buy the vehicle back and compensate me for the upgrades as well as the warranty I purchased so I no longer have to have this headache on my hands.

I told my representative that I have an mpp warranty that will cover my work based on the website. The representative didn’t even **** bother looking at taking the money from the company and filing a claim let alone calll me. Unfortunately there is zero other ram dealerships on the state that can help so I need to escalate to a manager on Monday
