Both Gary and the work performed was fine. My complaint is with the credit card service charge. It was not mentioned on Airpark's web site at the time I booked the appointment nor when I dropped off the vehicle (with a Service Advisor other than Gary). Gary only mentioned it when it was time for me to pay. I did not want to cause a fuss, so I agreed to the charge, but this nonsense has cost your Service Department a customer. I will go to another dealership's service department for the services Airpark recommended.

Gary Warner is awesome, I've always chosen him as my service rep when I had a choice because he's exceptional at his job and knows details about my vehicle and personal needs without being reminded. The service department is also exceptional with great amenities.

Jonathan was a very attentive service rep. It was very communicative, polite, and did his best to fix a vehicle that we purchased from your dealership and have had nothing but problems with it.
