John is the best car service rep we have ever had. He is so efficient and pleasant to work with. He is the only reason we use AirPark Jeep because it is far from our home.
Sad that my new vehicle needed 3 recall alterations! But.. once my car was at the garage.. it was a smooth process.. thankfully! But i was expecting a potential 2 day visit.. but was happily surprised to have a text at the end of the first day.. car ready for pick up. Many thanks.
I continue to experience poor service at this dealership. Communication is lacking as I wasn’t informed my truck was going to need to stay an additional day until I called at 5pm on my way to pick it up. When I arrived to pick up my truck, I asked if I could apply the “spend $1000 save $150” coupon and Richard said the max was $100. I showed him the coupon and thinking he applied the correct discount, paid for the $1580 service. I checked the receipt when I got home and saw he only applied $100. I would appreciate a call to discuss further.
I cannot compliment Anthony high enough his attention to detail and customer service is outstanding is an exceptional young man and a great asset to Jeep Chrysler

I just had a factory recall done on my Durango and Kyle was very personable and notified me when the recall was taking more time than previously noted. Thank you, Kyle.
1- it took you over 16 months to fix this original factory life threatening defect
2- you did not even wash my Jeep of fill the gas tank …
3- I found out after the warranty expired that my second key fob never worked … and you want to charge me for a new one!!
If Jon Kenney, who has been my service guy for my Alfa Romeo, had not stepped in, I would probably still be waiting for a jeep service employee to return my voice mail or next !! Which they never did for over 6 months!!!
Worse customer service ever experienced
Kyle is great and I always enjoy working with him. The issue I had is the bumper wasn’t connected properly apparently at the factory and I came to learn that was a problem persisting on many other Grand Cherokees so it’s disappointing it simply wasn’t fixed before I took delivery. Aside from that I’m very happy.
Richard has a way about him that makes you feel comfortable. He is very patient and explains everything clearly.
Gary was, once again, very professional and knowledgeable! He is a credit to your organization.
