Was told that i owed $300 when i have a pre-paid maintenance plan and has to whip out my original lease to prove that?? Was also estimated a 1.5 hour wait time and it turned into 4 hours even though I was just getting wiper fluid and my tire pressure checked. Additionally, after my car was washed, I found a razor straight blade in my cup holder, which is EXTREMELY unsafe and not sure why/how it was left in there??? Would never recommend this service to anyone.

$116. 00 to much for a oil change and filter when Apple Chevy and Rizza Buick is $65 or $70.00 down the street. And your tech told me I need a brake fluid exchange with only 9700 miles on the car. And your service manager smashing with a door come out of an office adjacent to the customer waiting area. Not happy!
