Gentleman who checked me out was very nice and quick with “check out”. Truck was looked over beyond just what i had serviced. Transmission fluid was changed to fix shifting issues. Truck runs like a top now!

The only problem I had was how long it took to do a diagnostic check. I feel that if a person have an appointment scheduled then that is the time that work should be done. Not to put that vehicle off to later. I understand that you all were short handed and I appreciate you telling me that After I called. Other then that the service and the communication was great. Thank you Ron for everything.

I purchased new tires, scheduled an appointment and was told it would take an hour. It took over two hours. Way too long for a simple service. No awareness or apologies from any associate.

The man who greeted us and checked us out was very kind and tried to help me understand what was going on with my car. I appreciate that. I think he may have taken my phone call that morning as well. Although my questions may have been somewhat annoying, he answered them very patiently and did not make me feel like I was being a pain.

I arrived early my elderly father had been rushed to the hospital in KC with congestive heart failure. I needed to get there as soon as possible. I said nothing to the staff and was gone from the service area 45 minutes after I arrived. Kudos to the service department. Charles T

Went in to have my ECM programmed to vehicle vehicle ran fine with old ECM but with the one they programmed it barely runs now and the price that was supposed to be 130 as of what I was quoted was 180 and vehicle barely runs

Service was completely earlier than I expected. I was also advised of cost before it was done. Would have had it done anyway, but was glad to know how much it was going to be. Always happy with your servjce.
