It is difficult to get through to the service department when calling to make an appointment. My car was not ready when it was supposed to be. The service associates act like you are bothering them when you are dropping off and picking up your car.

My intake experience was fine. Staff explained process well and called with repair quote in acceptable time, answering my questions. I was given an approximate time that repair would be completed the next day. Shuttle driver very pleasant and courteous. Unfortunately I did not receive a call when the repairs were complete until after I had initiated a call first. Upon paying for repairs and receiving my keys I was pointed in a general area of where the car would be. It is better customer service to have someone bring the car up, rather than the customer walking through the lot in search of vehicle. While I certainly appreciate the carpet protection being placed on the vehicle floor, it was still in the vehicle when I entered. Again, I would have expected it to have been removed. It’s these little things that prompted my response to the initial question. Little things help promote a better customer experience. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.

Had to bring the car back 3 times for the same issue. The last 2 times we were charged over $800. It better be fixed this time!!!

Pat was great when I dropped off the truck, I came to pick my truck up Pat was not there. There were 4 other service reps 1 was busy with a customer 3 others there talking amongst themselves, I stood there for approximately 5 minutes when someone finally ask if I needed something and I said yes my truck! I feel your service reps need to be alittle more attentive to customers that walk in when they were clearly just standing around with no customers!! Just a thought!!!!

I have to say I’m extremely frustrated. I brought my 2022 Escalade in for its first service since I purchased it in Kansas City and realized that I didn’t have a working windshield wiper reservoir since I’ve owned the vehicle. So Cadillac in Jefferson City was supposed to give it its first service at 6000 miles and also needed to replace the reservoir that had to be ordered so they had my vehicle for five days I picked it up and within a day and a half all of the fluid has leaked back out of the vehicle I have tried calling two separate times and left messages for the service department manager and have not gotten a return call. So I am not satisfied and I really don’t know how to handle this since it is my only vehicle at this time and that location does not offer a loaner vehicle but I feel it’s very unacceptable to leave a brand new vehicle that didn’t have a working Winchell wiper reservoir in the first place and then to have to wait for a part to be ordered and it still is not fixed and I was without my new vehicle for five days so I would be happy to hear how Cadillac thinks I should resolve this if I could ever get a return phone call

I brought my car in for a scheduled oil change and requested to have all of my wiper blades replaced, both front and rear. I called ahead to make sure they knew I wanted both done. I even spoke with the parts department to make sure there was a rear blade in stock. I dropped my car off early for a 4pm appointment and said I just needed it back at the end of the day. I came by to pick up my car and they only replaced my front wipers. I wasn't charged for it, but I really wanted this done today since I was already bringing it in. I generally rave about going to the dealership for maintenance because they are so attentive. I really needed that back blade specifically replaced for safety and now I'll have to come back again tomorrow to have it installed before the next storm hits. I get off work at 5:15 so by the time I get there to pick up my vehicle, most everyone has gone home for the day so I'm not able to have anything fixed if I realize something is wrong.
