Joshua was very friendly and provided details so understood what was being done to my truck and also afterwards how my truck was doing and if there were any issues. Great customer service!! I am always happy when I get there and he waits on me. He is awesome!!

Inspection was performed timely, and It was good to know that my car passed the inspection in good shape. Also, I was pleased that the fee was only $12.00. Friendly staff, too.

Very friendly & courteous. Once we got initial paperwork completed he ask if I had ever visited Rusty Drewing Chevrolet ? He said follow me. He showed me the waiting room, coffee machine, restrooms & showroom. He said I'll come find you or call your cell phone phone as soon as my truck got the recall completed. I browsed the showroom and wanted the 2 Corvettes setting there. In short order my phone rang and Trenton said we got you ready to go. Handed me final paperwork and shook hands. My truck was parked right in front of service entrance. Doesn't get any better than that. THANK YOU

Everyone is so nice and welcoming! I loved the added surprise of a vacuumed out car and a car wash...the little details are much appreciated!
