I came in to get my timing set correctly on my truck. When i left it felt fine, but leaving work this afternoon is spit and sputtered as if it was out of timing. Which i had experienced before when putting the distributor in. I will certainly be calling about it tomorrow. The man who checked me in and out was great though. Very friendly, and helped me through the process being that I have never taken anything into a shop.

Tech said he couldn't hear tick in engine on startup but I hear it everytime. Asked them to rotate my tires and when I came to pick it up they had not done anything to it and tires were not rotated. Plus I tried getting ahold of him at 4:15 and couldn't get ahold of him till 5:20 and he said I had 5 min because they were about to close

On the morning of my scheduled service appointment, I had an unexpected need to change my appointment time. The service department worked with me extremely well in my appointment. I ended up being able to get the service done at my scheduled time, but they were very willing to work with me. Now, that’s outstanding customer service!

The truck was scheduled for a few minor items to include fixing the inner fender well on the passenger side. I was told it was fixed but in fact it is not.
