Michael explained what was done to the car thoroughly in language that a lay person could understand. The car was ready when I asked for it. He even he’d the tire pressure checked even though not asked for and asked if I was having anymore problems with the backup camera.

Service was done within a reasonable time since they had to locate a new transmission for the vehicle. However I was not notified on the day service was completed and the car set outside in the rain and weather all weekend. I value the vehicles we own and try to keep them inside unless they are being driven.

I was very pleased with this morning's appointment. Trade-in: I do not see replacing our XTS in the next year, and I do not wish to be contacted toward that end. It would be of interest what our vehicle would bring, merely from a planning vantage. Do NOT call. Our XTS is the best vehicle I have ever owned.
