The chip was installed for the rear heated seats but when trying to use them the light comes on nothing heats up and within seconds the light for heated seats kicks off again. Was something missed. Thanks Beth Overstreet

I came in for an oil change and drove home a new AT4 Terrain I guess I got a good deal, I paid for oil change an filter an then bought a new one I do think I should get credit for my oil chg an filter on my GMC acct?? I thank Jordon for being a great salesman ????????
