When I received my vehicle back I noticed when I got home that the top silver portion of my key fob was broken off the main body of the key fob. Unfortunately I did not look closer when I got into the car at the dealership and only noticed when I got home.

Too many fries to get this mess corrected.
After initial inspection for underbody insulator recall, I was never notified when parts were in and ready for the repair. I emailed and called the service representative but did not get a reply or answer call. After waiting a week I called the dealer’s main line and was told, after supplying the pertinent work order number and information, that the parts had arrived. This was 6 weeks after initial inspection for a recall for which the notice stated “driveshaft fracturing” as a possible outcome if not addressed. I received no preferential scheduling after this delay. Repair was completed 7 weeks after initial inspection.
Take too long over 4 hrs for oil change
I was told 1.5 hrs

I left two to three voicemail messages spanning a week to obtain a status and never received a return call. On day six we called to reach anyone and the receptionist help above and beyond her pay grade and gave us a status. It took less than ten minutes to handle. Such a simple thing that turned unprofessional and diminished trust. Trust is a valuable thing.
