my 2016 Ford Focus st. stalled/turned off on me a couple times while driving . both times. on the freeway. without warning. both times could have ended very badly if I hadn't reacted rapidly. I personally had to take the car to get repaired. then I received a recall letter. for the same repairs that I had just gotten done. I would please like a refund/ reimbursement for the cost of the repairs. I then took it to ford in vista. and now my car seems to have misfires when I step on the throttle. seems unhealthy to the car. I was happy with Calens service and knowledge as well as his patience with me as i thought this problem was caused by NCF when in for service. In the end it was equipment failure so was i wrong and for that i apologize. That said, NCF missed another opportunity by once again returning my vehicle to me dirty. When customers spend as much as they do for the vehicle and for repairs, one would expect it be at least returned washed or cleaned. In my case almost 1700.00 dollars spent should at least qualify for getting the greasy prints off the door panels and steering wheel. Its the little things guys, its the little things.

There was a discrepancy in a service charge and Robert went to his service manager and the difference was taken care of to my satisfaction. Great job!!!

We get our car fixed allright and I think you guys are doing a great job. We are asking a favor next time if we can get an update especially the time of pick up like an estimated time so we can plan for transportation ( uber or lyft) not getting a call 30 minutes before closing time that the car is ready.
