I had to come into North County Ford on an emergency basis. My car suddenly began to overheat and I happened to be next to the Ford dealer. I drove right in without and appointment time and was easily accommodated by Rob Helms. He wrote up a ticket for me and I was quickly assured it would get fixed. Rob called me many times to tell me where we were at in the repair process and to my amazement, my car was fixed in 1 days time. I picked it up this morning and was as good as new. Great service!
I was mostly satisfied with my service. I have worked with James before he knowledgeable supplies good support. My only complaint was it was difficult to reach anyone in the service department. It seems as though they were way under staffed or had too many customers to supply adequate service.
Kalen was very communicative and made the entire process smooth.
I look forward to bring my car in to Ford so James can make the necessary service. He is always direct and careful in what needs to be done with my car. THANKS, JIM!

My appointment was not in the system. It took 30 minutes to check in. No courtesy vehicles or shuttle service available. I purchased a 2022 ford escape four days ago and paid $49,000 for it only to discover a broken speaker. The customer service is the worst of any dealerships I have ever been to. I am bummed I have to go back when the part comes in (two to three weeks of listening to a busted speaker in a brand new car). Unbelievably disappointed.
Overall great experience, it was my first time servicing a vehicle with you guys and Rob took good care of me, great customer service, very polite and good attitude, will definitely come back.

I had a scheduled appt. for an oil change. It took 4 hours, would have been longer if I didn't check in. They never communicated to me that they had issues and wouldn't be able to perform the service. It shouldn't take more than 30 minutes to put a vehicle on a lift, unplug the oil screw, and refill the oil. This is the 3rd time I received horrific service from this dealership in a row. The only reason I return is because I have ford pass points to use. I would never and will never recommend your dealership for service. Please let me know if you have any questions or want some suggestions on how to fix your terrible service/customer service.
