Although our interaction with Calen was outstanding in every way, our making an 8am appointment was meaningless since we didn't get our truck and SUV back until 430. We sat there for hours waiting for what should have been simple new tires and alignment on the truck and oul change and recall of the roof rack for the SUV. That...is unexcepable. I once would not take my Fords anywhere else but North County Ford over the four decades but now i will find another dealer to go too. Very sad. The only high point was Calen. He was outstanding.

I took the car in because the back up camera was not working. At 3:30 you called to tell me the back up camera was not working. Duh. I declined the service because parts had to be ordered and the repair would be $1000+. You had my car the entire day and I got to pay you $190 for…….???? Lesson learned.

There were some challenges at check out as the computer software had been changed over the previous weekend and staff was unfamiliar with the new process. Confusion printing and collecting documents was also an issue. But the overall service experience minus checkout was a good one.

Honestly, the repair took several trips, it should have been fixed properly the first time. After the first attempt failed, another part had to be reordered which led to a number of delays and interruptions.
