Absolutely love this team! I will never take my F350 anywhere else. They do such a great job that I brought in doughnuts for everyone. Every question that I had was answered. Very polite, knowledgeable, quick but thorough and very respectful for a very clean F350! Again, GREAT TEAM there!

I was impressed with the service for the oil and filter change and appreciated the effort made to keep the driver’s seat and floor mats clean. I did not have to pay for the service because of the points I accumulated that were displayed on the Ford app I downloaded when I purchased the truck last November. I have no idea what I did to earn the points.
If a woman drops off the car and picks up the car, maybe you shouldn't address the correspondence to a man. Otherwise everything was good.
When dropping off the truck, man just put hand up for me to stop and pointed to where a needed to park and go in. No signage, no acknowledgment. Not greeted at all. First time at the Ford service. Don’t think we will be back……
