Left with a Check engine light on a told my vehicle was good to go. Didn’t even mention it. I think a service department should be aware of things like this.
Didn’t check air filter during service inspection.
Allison did not explain well at all what the mechanic discovered. The receipt I was provided did not match what she was telling me. She said she would call me in about an hour when the part was ordered and she did not call. When I called later in the day she again said she would call when it was ordered. I called back the next day to find she wasn’t in. I spoke to Ethan and he was able to provide a much better explanation and confirm they had ordered the part.

Always wonderful service and I'm overjoyed about my vehicle. The salesman was kind and helpful and went above and beyond. The whole team always goes above and beyond to be helpful and to provide service excellence. I'm thankful for all that they do.
