I bought a brand new car with the latest and greatest infotainment system and it doesn’t work properly and your answer is… We can’t do anything about it. I’m shocked at how bad the system is and will never buy another Honda. I’ve brought it in twice and tried to get some kind of fix. This time he printed out a tech forum comment board. Not his fault but this is not a fix and the system remains unstable for first 5-10 min every startup. .

It was recommended that I change my brake fluid and transmission fluid. One of them was due at 20K which was 10K miles ago so I am wondering why it wasn’t mentioned when I went in for maintenance before. Was I under 20K the last time I went in? I personally don’t recall, so if I’m wrong I’m sorry. This has nothing to do with the gentleman who assisted me today; he was very nice.

Tyler George did an excellent job keeping me in the loop about the status of my vehicle, and calling about the parts that were on backorder in order to get my vehicle fixed sooner then expected. I appreciate all his hard work!

I am very satisfied with my service representative Tru. Not happy with the increase in parts and service costs. Also felt the service of my car could have been left in a little more neat and tidy condition (like in the old days) rather than kind of messy with items strewn around. I was happy to find that my vehicle is driving better so far and appears improved with the service.
